My position as operations manager I ran the day to day operation with a crew of 15 employees and over 100 customers

Present responsible for all air conditioning systems, mechanical equipments and all spa repairs. Coordinate the preventive

maintenance schedule, contractors if needed and ordering supplies.

Oct. 03 to May 04 Southeast Mechanical Services, Controls Tech

As the Control Tech for air conditioning systems, I was assign to install new units, and controls. Worked with the control and program

systems, as well as wiring an air conditioning unit. I worked with VFD, VAV, and smoke detectors. Made startups on the unit and got

it ready for mechanical inspectors.

My position was an Electrician. Became responsible for a crew of twenty employees. Responsible of the work distribution, overseeing

field projects, and responded to department Directors requisites.

Jan.00 to Apr.01 Sanibel Harbor Resort and Spa, Maintenance II.

All aspects of maintenance; plumbing, electrical, air conditioning, in charge of controlling a/c system by a computer.
