IT Technician and Jr. Systems Administrator

April 2008 - August 2010: New York University, Tisch School of the Arts -

New York City

Provided hardware, software, security, and network support for over 200

administrative staff and faculty for Windows XP/Vista/7 and Mac OS X

Tiger/Leopard. Installed and configured Outlook, Thunderbird, Mac Mail and
