10. Develop tax planning strategies to reduce overall tax

liabilities for our clients

11. Act as liaison between our clients and all the firm's

various departments

12. Assist with all aspects of new dental practice startups

13. Perform annual retirement valuations for over 100

retirement plans, which include manipulation and analysis

of data, determination of plan liabilities, reconciliation

of plan assets, and determination of funding

requirements/receivables

14. Prepare required government forms (From 5500 and all

applicable schedules)

15. Create customized plan design and responsible for pitch to

potential clients

16. Lead enrollment meetings for employees explaining

provisions of new retirement plan
