Personal Statement:
I have talent, intellegence and vision to manage successful businesses. I
am also very capable at isolating a company's competitive advantages and
thinking of ways to market them cleverly. More importantly, I now
understand a great deal about the theory of business, management and why
having a sound set of core values will almost always lead to the
communicating with my presentation skills the correct course of action to

. Completely developed an Integrated Citrix solution onto their present
OS/2 desktops connected to Blade Servers running Lotus Notes at the IS
headquarters.

. Site Manager for 5 buildings at the Pontiac campus encompassing 1500
users on 600 PC's in office and factory floor environments.
Recommended and approved new equipment and/or software purchases.
Oversaw the migration of users to an Active Directory-based Windows
2000 platform.
. Oversaw a new Cisco network closet installation. Recommended and
oversaw replacement of antiquated 3278 terminals and 3274 controllers
with standard PC's running 3270 emulator products. Recommended new
anti-spam techniques for the corporation.
Client: Sun Microsystems and Visteon Corp 2001
. Technical Team Leader in an emergency upgrade project of 1800 UNIX
Workstations for a new Ford C3P (CAD/CAM software) version. Completed
on-time and significantly under budget.
. Responsible for upgrading 1200 HP workstations. Installed latest
Ignite software on 20 servers. Wrote UNIX shell scripts to automate
the process.
. Determined source of a major production problem that did not appear in
the test or pilot phase and determined alternative options. Supported
the systems upgrade.

. Upgraded to Sun Solaris 7 on 1500+ engineering workstations.
. Was an interface to the UAW for a pilot program for future direction
for Maximo projects

. Designed and implement a new Y2K compliant Branch Environment using
IBM's Workspace on Demand. Project was completed on-time and under
budget.
