months of Chemo-therapy. I was her 24/7 Care-Giver during this time until
she was well on her way to total recovery.

Contract Recruiter
I was a Contract Corporate Recruiter assigned to IBM. This was a 6 month
contract that turned into a 9 month contract. I filled Job Orders for IBM
Austin, Dallas, Chicago and Bentonville Ark. There was on average 45 open
orders consisting of Network Engineers, Application Developers, Business
Analysts, System Analysts, DBAs etc. I filled on average 4-6 Job Orders a
month. I easily formed working relationships with IBM Managers and was
able to get exclusive orders from them. I was a full life cycle recruiter.

Staffing Recruiter
Millennium Solutions, Inc. was an IT Staffing firm that was involved in the
placement of technical personnel for all platforms, systems and languages.
Millennium Solutions was a full service consulting firm that offered
Contract, Contract to Hire and Permanent Placement staffing offerings to
our clients. Some of MSI's clients were IBM, Nortel, Sprint, American
Airlines, Sabre, TXU, The Department of Human Service(Texas) to name a few.
In the early stages of building Millennium Solutions, Inc I was involved in
all facets of building the company to include recruiting and building
customer relationships.
As the business grew I began to assume responsibility for two (2) primary
roles within Millennium Solutions;
1) Recruiting For the past 10 years I was solely responsible for
Millennium Solutions recruiting efforts, to successfully staff all
open positions. On average I filled 5-7 contract and full time
positions per month with a 95% fill rate. I have in depth, "hands on"
experience with every aspect of full life cycle recruiting. Strong
salary negotiating skills. Work very effectively in a fast paced,
multitasking environment. I staffed all IT disciplines from Desk-Top
Support to IT Management including Network, Peoplesoft, SAP, Telephony
and Data Communications, Network Engineers, Application Developers,
Business Analysts, System Analysts, DBAs etc.
I was responsible for bringing Internet and Web recruiting efforts
into the firm. We sent the in-house staff to AIRS (Advanced Internet
Recruitment Strategies) Training, then brought in selected search
engines and tools needed to update Millennium Solutions recruiting
efforts. I was for the full life of the company responsible for daily
'hands on' technical recruiting efforts of locating qualified
candidates.
2) Management With my 12 yrs of IBM/Sabre IT Management experience I
assumed responsibility for daily management of the office and in-house
staff. That role included P&L, payroll and performance of in-house
staff and their daily productivity.
