website that assists the public in finding and applying for healthcare plans. Gathered

requirements from stakeholders, defined and documented business rules, prepared

functional specifications, process flow diagrams, and technical design documents.

Liaised with offshore developers to communicate and clarify specifications and gather

feedback. Interfaced with project management to define action items and establish

milestones. Assisted QA with test scenarios.

Western United Insurance/CSAA/AAA, Change Control Manager/.Net Developer,

2006–2008

Designed, implemented, and managed the change control process and procedures for

an IT department of approximately 100 members. Gathered and documented

requirements from upper management. Defined and documented the change

management process. Wrote user and administrator manuals. Created and delivered a

training program for users of the change control software. Oversaw the rollout of the

process. Acted as facilitator for change control board meetings, handled the ongoing

administration of the change control process.
