1992 -1996 Engineering Manager of the FM Broadcast group included
two RF Electrical Engineers, one Mechanical Engineer, one
electrical technician, one drafter designer and four manufacturing
assemblers.
1996 -2002 Manufacturing Manager of a nine person RF systems
drafting and design group and print department.
2002-2003 Manufacturing Engineer & Cost reduction Manager,
credited for hard cost reductions of $975,000 in seven months.
Over saw the documentation and processes of actual manufacturing
cycle times on production routers. Implemented and Improved
processing speeds and material handling methods.
January 2003 - August 2003 requested & volunteered to become a
split shift Engineering supervisor of the night/day shift
including, machine shop and manufacturing production while
providing the much needed engineering support during those shift
hours.
August 2003 - February 2004 quality control receiving inspection.
Inspected most incoming and out going parts and assemblies. Worked
very closely with manufacturing to provide a superior product.
Used all different types of measuring instruments including
micrometers, calipers, verniers, and finite granite flat
calibrated measuring surfaces. Gages (Pin, Block, Thread, etc),
and Optical Comparator.
February 2004 Retired from full time status at Dielectric
March 2004 through August 2005 Returned to Dielectric as full time
consultant.
March 2004 Started Rotor tilling business. Supplied service to 32
customers. This is a repetitive service
August 2005 through May 2006 rehired as full time employee at
Dielectric. This was specifically to address archived drawing
files and removed those which were no longer required and to
install the up to date drawings and bills of materials into the
current drawing files of the 3D - CAD system and MRP system.
May 2006 through October 2009 resumed rotor tilling business and
other adventures.
July 2004 to August 2009 worked for Plummerville Cottages and
private homes on an as needed basis. Rebuilt interior and exterior
portions of cottages & docks, including repairs of wooden
structures, fixed electrical issues, painted renovated items, and
corrected general plumbing issues.
May 2007 to March 2009, worked full time for Sabre Corporation as
a finish carpenter. My purpose there was to build to completion
the main cabin and or guest head in their 52 foot cabin cruiser
yacht. This was a very interesting and challenging accomplishment.
Learned many new things and truly valued the experience. Lack of
work was laid off.
March 2009 through November 2009 Started woodwork manufacture &
assembly of a wooden models of automotive cars, trucks and also
all wood children toy's . All parts hand made from many different
types of exotic and domestic woods. Continue this to date.
March 2009 to date work for Plummerville camps and cottages

Associates Degree Drafting and Design Engineering.
Interests
Two Children, five Grandchildren, finish carpentry, fly fishing,
hunting, Founder and Chairperson of D.O.C. (Dielectric Alumni
Club) Restoration of a 1954 Ford F100 pickup truck, and other
older vehicles.
