. Implemented a student records and on-line course bidding system to
replace the legacy system at the Booth School of Business (Booth).
. Replaced the Crystal reporting system at Booth with Microsoft
Reporting Services 2008. Increased the amount of data available for
reporting while decreasing the amount of time to deliver reports to
the users.
. Implemented an on-line faculty application system for Booth.
Increased the number of faculty applications by 20% and increased
efficiency by eliminating the application paper review process.
. Support several Booth applications - the on-line student and faculty

others. Resolve all second level trouble calls for the Booth customer
within the two day service level agreement.
. Managed the Request for Proposal (RFP) process for a new 360
evaluation tool for the leadership course at Booth. Resulted in a
selected vendor that fit most requirements with only two
customizations and under the approved budget.
. Developed a timeline for a "trouble and incident management"
application rollout for all of IT and business units. Contributed to
an on-time and within budget ($700k) implementation.

BellSouth Network SME's, and Capgemini developers to determine impacts
to current development code. Led to a reduction in the number of
defects in test environment.
. Defined Change and Incident Management requirements for an Alaskan
telecom provider's IT department. Achieved success on 95% of the
control points for the Sarbanes-Oxley audit.
. Scheduled client work sessions for all business service lines to
create an enterprise trouble management process. Established a
