Directed and promoted IT initiatives across three business locations in the
SouthEast. Brought new service solutions to 20 20 Research that provided
clients with audio/video solutions both within the facilities and remote
file access. Collaborated with facility managers to provide technology
solutions. Led a development team that provided software solutions for
both clients and 20 20 Research employees. Managed support staff and
ticketing system for troubleshooting end user complaints with hardware and
software. Built business plans and budgets and oversaw over $1 million in
software and hardware inventory. Managed code development, code testing,
and revision control for all software initiatives.

- Designed API application that is currently pending patent approval
- Redeveloped a social media application that successfully brought hundreds

a wide variety of options for their websites. In depth experience with

Built custom Perl and PHP scripts and code libraries that preceded many of
the currently available libraries such as CodeIgniter. Maintained aging
code. Built applications within the LAMP environment after working with
clients, provided web architecture for prospective clients. Maintained all
company Windows and Linux Servers. Sole system administrator for 15+
employees. Emphasis on Linux systems, Bind, Sendmail, DNS, user accounts,
and security.
Major Contributions
- Provided the architecture and PHP OO code base that allowed new code to
interact with a proprietary database. This in turn allowed a large book
distributor to continue to use legacy code while clients interacted with
an advanced up-to-date interface
- Built major websites for fish distributors and clothing exporters
- Built company email systems harnessing Postfix, SpamAssassin, and ClamAV
