. Responsible for Player and Office personnel, managed $9 million

budget, hired and managed hockey personnel, planned and executed

training camp, coordinated player salaries in accordance with the team

budget, provided housing for players and families, practice and

playing schedule, and travel for team. Aided in the process of

generating new sponsor/advertising dollars in the amount of $750,000

and met ownership quotas of maintaining existing sponsor accounts

totaling more than 40% of team's budget. Regular financial and

performance updates with team ownership. Participated in fostering

quarterly public relations with sponsors, sport journalists and youth

hockey. Worked closely with league officials to discuss necessary

changes needed for a more marketable hockey product.
