Lead Supervisor and Education Director for 3 shift plant. Monitoring all production and educational needs of

the plant while taking charge of the 1st shift in producing coated tooling for the manufacturing industry.

Introduced, wrote, and implemented a mentoring program, Start up Training and Education Department,

Wrote and formatted the disciplinary procedures, Work closely with the scheduler to insure 48 hour turn

around.

Supervisor/Yard Manager (Jun 2005 – Oct

2006)

Union Metal, Canton, Ohio

Supervisor of the parts department for the pole assembly division. Start up and train the VMC section of the

parts department; reducing production cost and time by 15%. Managed the receiving and usage of all metal

coming into the pant. All within a full phase union production environment; overseeing 63 associates.
