Directed operations with accountability for production, maintenance,

safety, and quality; oversaw 60+ employees including Office Manager,

Maintenance Manager, Production Manager, etc. Purchased raw material,

managed inventory control activities, scheduled production, and led human

resource efforts at the plant level.
