give information to owners as needs arise. Serve as on-site support for NetJet flight center in CMH, and
handle any crises that arise with owners and/or crews, Proactive in foreseeing any issues that might
cause delayed departure for owners and working to identify recovery aircraft when needed. Manage on-
site office for pilots by providing aircraft documents and forms, JEPPS inventory, databases, and other
information, Maintain and stock lockers for aircraft supplies. Prior to assuming current responsibilities I
performed as a NetJet in-flight attendant from 1997 to 1999.
