. Assist in the customization of the LIMS (Logistic Information
Management System) software application based on the customer needs.
. Work with functional leads to capture processes, both Maintenance
and Supply, and incorporate into SOP's (Standard Operating
Procedures).
. Develop maintain and implement SOP's based on the asset
requirements, which is used as a student guide for the CG during
training.
. Responsible for all training documents including visual aids and
tools. Coordinate and facilitate all training with CG (Coast Guard)
Units, i.e. proper connectivity, training room availability, IT
resources.
. Assist in the set up training room upon arrival to site when
needed. This includes but is not limited to running cables, setting up
laptops, testing connectivity and ensuring a comfortable training
environment.
. Ensure data in the LIMS training instance is clean and accurate to
use during training. Assign user profiles and positions to new users
on LIMS based on roles and responsibilities. Participate as core
member of IDS Core Training Working Group.
. Supply LIMS specific information to the Deepwater Training
Program. Design and develop LIMS Training Program plans and programs
for inclusion in Training Needs Assessment and Analysis, Training
Plans and other training documents that are required to meet
contractual deliverables, or as requested by the training group.
. Work closely with C4 Training Lead and Asset Leads on install
schedules to properly coordinate and manage LIMS training schedule.
Communicate training schedules to LIMS team for proper delivery of

. Organize and support training of Ellipse and Business Objects for
Coast Guard. Core member of the Training Work Group IPT. Support LIMS

subcontractors (Mincom, NGDMS) on all training issues.

Software Development Analyst - Program: Multiple Aegis Baselines
. Responsible for ADS element across multiple Baselines. Liaison
between CSC developers and System Engineer. Initiate deliveries for
ADS program, prepare CPPO's and follow the delivery to completion.
Work closely with Baseline Manager for planning of deliveries for
AEGIS Baselines.
. Work multiple elements for Baseline 6.3.2.0. Create element build
plan for baseline to be used as a guideline for CSC developers. Attend
and present SC's for Scribe Meetings. Attend and present TOR's to SIB
Board.
. Maintain various databases for ADS, (QIRS, SDR'S etc)

baselines in Starsys.
