Intellectual Property restrictions with Prime Contracts. Assisted in the
development of two automated Tools; one for the administration of the
Program Award Fee, and the other a Data Assertion Tool for the management
of Intellectual Property restrictions. Also engaged in quarterly reporting
of Supplier (Partner) Health Metrics and admin. duties supporting the
Supply Chain & Information Tool.
As Admin., regularly auditing team member's compliance with Prime Contract
IP requirements, and coordinating with IP Contract Managers for contract
interpretations and solutions. Helped lead the process improvement in the
development of the IP Restriction Tool that facilitated the closure of a
Level III CAR.

(DSL) equipment maker of devices that speed data transmission. Reviewed
and cross-compared various DSL contracts, preparing a contract brief, and
business risk assessment.
Met critical deadline in providing a company response to Bell
Atlantic on a contract award, which had the potential of adding $15 million
