The Enterprise Customer Information File (ECIF) is being developed to
provide a consolidated enterprise-wide 360-degree view of customer
information across product lines and business units. The project involves
the migration of customer information from today's Property & Casualty
Customer Information File (CIF) and the Enterprise Customer Information
Broker (ECIB) into a common data store utilizing the Web Sphere Customer
Center (WCC) (aka DWL Customer and Master Database Management or the MDM)
product. Existing data feeds and user access points for CIF and ECIB will
be migrated to a future state Services Oriented Architecture (SOA)
interfacing with the new Enterprise Customer Information File (ECIF)
database.
Responsibilities:
. ANALYZE BUSINESS AND SYSTEM REQUIREMENTS, INCLUDING IMPACT ANALYSES ON
EXISTING SYSTEMS, TO DEVELOP SYSTEMS SPECIFICATIONS
