. Research, design, develop & facilitate manufacturing with supplier

collaborations of new and current product that meet ISO, overseas

standards, customer requirement that meet customer need in a most cost

effective.

. Handled engineering/ manufacture change (EC) request by fixing and

providing interim corrective action with continuous improvement cards

for current product design, manufacturing and customer issue to

overall improve the quality and reliability of product. This is

accomplished by maintaining engineering documentation and

. Independently troubleshoot, analyze and solve in depth the design,

field and assembly issues reported as high and low risk issue (CDIM)

or as a Continuous Product Improvement (CPI). A certified six sigma

Green Belt for DMAIC and DMEDI to facilitate and design to improve and

execute customer need. Responsible for quality function development,

quality matrix, supporting the cost reduction objectives of the

Product Group while heavily involved with design.

fabrication and testing to insure product compliance with design

collaborations with multidisciplinary group like hydraulic, control

diagram & system, critical customer requirements, Pugh matrix, concept

generations layout through brainstorming and design of the component

and planning for validations.

based fastener advisor structured design procedure, set model

parameters; run analyses, and create assembly components to improve

the bolted joint design/analysis process, see drop in warranty, cost

of poor quality and other downstream costs associated with fixing
