Coordinate and provide information to various department heads for promotions.
Maintain computer records for the membership and Board of Directors, the
committees and the division advisory boards. Assist with development and
continual maintenance of a member prospect list. Assist with member acquisition
program via telephone, fax and correspondence. Responsible for follow-up on all
inquiries. Process applications and coordinate with accounting concerning dues
structures. Produce monthly reports regarding membership categories. Manage
member orientation and renewal process. Attend the annual convention and
tradeshow as Show Office Manager handling member inquiries, staff activities
and Board of Directors requests.
Responsible for the maintenance of files, spreadsheets and databases belonging
to the President & CEO and other department heads. Responsible for the
preparation of internal and external correspondence, expense reports, travel
logistics and travel related meetings for both stateside and international travel.
Transcribes dictation from dictation or written correspondence for distribution.
Maintains and manages all corporate archival research documentation.
Maintains confidentiality of all corporate, personnel and research items.
Managing the coordination of mailings and legislative alerts emanating from the
President & CEO’s and Government Relations offices. Organize and attend the
Board of Directors and Executive/Finance Committee meetings by arranging
facilities and catering requirements. Responsible for providing administrative
assistance to the five department heads. Provide data entry assistance, fulfill
reports, guest lists, invitations, telephone, fax and e-mail requests. Coordinate
with travel and housing companies for various other committee meetings and for
the annual Summer Meeting and the annual Convention and Trade Show.
Perform other duties as the President & CEO assigns.
