USDOE's Golden Field Office for American Recovery and Reinvestment Act
(ARRA) project-based recruiting (EERE, EECBG, and other DOE stimulus
and grant-based projects). Solely responsible for GFO personnel growth
of over 400%.

NCS PEARSON - Contract Staffing Specialist
Short contract for the Transportation Security Administration division of
the Department of Transportation (TSA). This high-level government
contract was for the assessment, processing and hiring of many thousands
of federal employees to work as security screeners, lead screeners,
supervisors and law enforcement officials in all commercial airports
within the US and US territories. The contract included 100% travel, and
highly productive, recruiting-intensive work, seven days per week with
over 100 average weekly work hours. During this contract it was not only
important to be extremely flexible, but also to be able to adapt to new
situations rapidly and develop productivity techniques in a work
