- Provides programmatic support to PMW 170 conducting daily screening
and review of Casualty Reporting (PCASREP) message traffic for
HF/VHF/UHF/TSS/TVS/EHF & EHF FOT/GPS programs and legacy systems.
- Provided diligent tracking and oversight of over 1200 legacy system
CASREP messages annually, from the receipt of Initial CASREP, to
closure with either a CASCOR/CASCAN. Screens daily classified and
unclassified message traffic for CASREP messages.
- Pulls messages referencing PMW/A 170 programs for tracking and
accountability. Accurately maintain all CASREP reporting conditions
within the CARTS database allowing PMW/A 170 staff and support
personnel to facilitate tracking of repairs and reporting on parts
failures.
- Performs data entry input to database tables and records from
information gained through screening of daily CASREP message traffic.
Examines all initial, update and correct CASREP message traffic for
requisition of replacement parts, conducts availability comparison
against NAVICP N35 and DLA online supply databases.
- Prepares and promulgates a daily report indicating newly received
CASREPS to PMW/A 170 Program and Project ISEA's, SPAWARSYSCEN
Charleston, Regional Maintenance Centers, and Coast Guard Electronic
Support Units.
- Maintains a message file of all CASREP update reports for review as
requested. Reviews CARTS records for accuracy of automated data input
conducted by SPAWAR 4.1 personnel during data upload events. Provides
notification to program office of missing, incomplete or incorrect
data. Liaison with SPAWAR 4.1 CARTS manager on any records not
accurately assigned the correct Program codes.

- Responsible for management and upkeep of EKMS database which consists
of over 5,000 line items and over 6,000 pieces of Comsec material.
- Physically inventory all items, maintain records of accountability in
the NSA DIAS software application, train users in COMSEC rules and
handling, and provide COMSEC and CRYPTO items from inventory to
authorized users. Ordered and processed key material, test devices and
COMSEC Equipment. Conducted monthly and annually inspection on Local
Elements. Prepared and transmit Defense Courier Service shipments and
other duties as assigned. COMSEC handling, including setup and
