I am an ambious, self-motivated, confident and hardworking Individual with
a flexible approach to work. I have strong communication and interpersonal
skills, Analytical skills and a good team player although I can equally
work on my own initiative and under extreme pressure. I am able to organize

Main Duties /Responsibilities
. Managing the core banking Application (Equinox/Orbit).
. Ensure that the database (Sybase) is running and available
for use by end users.
. Perform weekly database consistency checks and also
monitoring growth in data volume versus device sizes.
. Build custom reports from scratch as may be required by
mostly operations and finance departments.
. Implemented the FAULU Business Continuity Plan (BCP) and
the Backup Site.
. Backup data on a daily basis onto backup tapes.
. Carries out a weekly random restore of data from the tapes
for purposes of Completeness and Emergency preparations.
. Manages the Switch over process from the Production site
to the Backup site for purposes of completeness and
Emergency preparations.
. Ensures that the database in the Backup site similes the
database at the production site i.e. it is updated every
morning.
. Carries out End User Support on a daily basis.
. Runs EOD (End of Day), EOY (End of Month), EOY (End of
Year) using the Equinox/Orbit Banking System.
. Managed conversion from Equinox Banking System to Orbit
Banking System

Main Duties /Responsibilities
. Developed the Midland High School Grading System using a
user interface of Visual Basic and database component in
Oracle.
. Tuned some student databases to allow for existing changes
in the school taking into consideration the performance of
the databases.
. Built reports (oracle + access reports) for the
applications developed in the school.
. Maintained student databases on a weekly basis.
. Analyzed the data stored in the student databases on a
three day basis.
. Developed some computer models (virtual reality systems)
that simulate some of the topics that are hard to
conceptualize such as Simple Harmonic Motion, Shearing
Forces using the C/C++ programming language.
