• Class project for ‘Warehouse and Distribution Science’. Created a base stock inventory model customized to the distribution

center’s needs that identified a 47% (approx. $600,000) surplus in holding and inventory costs.

• Created customized software for batching and routing picking activities that reduced picking time by ~60%

• Presented a holistic solution that streamlined daily operations like cycle counting and ordering policy.
