Supervisor/ Service Calls Forklift, Lull, Loader, JLG Man Lift, and Back Hoe Experience

I maintained jacking equipment, made sure it was safe, and up to standards. I informed

and trained the crew on job skills and equipment. I set the crew up for proficient and easy

work as long as they worked as a team. Often took on multiple tasks to keep work and

production flowing so we could complete the jobs on time or ahead of schedule. While working

myself I kept the crew working smoothly and safe. As the supervisor I organized and

inventoried all the materials needed for the job. If it was not there I had to get it or Order it. I

surveyed for foundations and poured the concrete pads. I was required to make sure there was

little to no risk involved. I also had to hire/fire and inform the employees of the requirements

and details of the next jobs ahead. Made sure the crew was honest on their claimed hours for the

pay period. Also passed up information to higher to keep the owner of company informed on the

crew.
