Demand Analyst, Tempe, AZ June 2008 - February 2010
• Support for the Arizona and Southern California market units. Responsible for review of the
weekly forecasting and demand. Conducted weekly presentations, discussions and resolutions of
all changes for new product launches, sales trends, age issues and discontinued product. I
worked with the forecast team reporting any potential problems and recommendations of
corrections to the weekly forecast. Consolidated age information for the entire west, downloaded
and generated a report that was used throughout the west, for identifying and resolving potential
age issues. I also was responsible for consolidating all open purchase order activity and
generating the report that was used for follow up on all past due purchase orders. Also ensured
all Ad activity has been captured into the weekly forecast. The submission of sourcing changes,
material and bill of material set up, material maintenance, new product launch and daily review
and resolution of all out of stock issues.
Financial Analyst, Tempe, AZ July 2007 - June 2008
• Support and direction for full service vending personnel. Reporting and review of sales trend
analysis. Presentations of quarterly results for full service personnel and management. Review of
BASIS, AS400 system issues and errors in relation to incorrect system cost. Work with the
pricing department to research and resolve all price related errors. Follow up and direct San
Diego market unit to ensure they are in compliance with their SOX control audits. Other reporting
and special projects as deemed necessary.
Internal Auditor, Lubbock. TX January 2006 - July 2007
• Audited locations that consisted of 50% travel, testing internal controls and operational
procedures company wide to ensure compliance. Extensive examination into all Company
records to ensure compliance, and then conducted meetings on the results of these audits and
recommendations on areas of improvements. Any location that failed their initial audit would be
subject to a surprise review to ensure they were in compliance and ready for their following audit.
I was chosen to participate in a team investigation that identified falsification of Company records
which resulted in termination of employee’s. Also provided support and training to locations to
ensure success on their next audit.
Production Planning Analyst, Lenexa, KS November 2001 - December 2005
• Managed accounts payable, accruals, journal entries, payroll processing, and submitting it to
Corporate. Created and submitted bill of material set up, confirmation of production orders, and
any necessary adjustments needed in relation to that day’s production. Ordering raw materials,
created purchase orders, tracking promotions, receiving, month end close, and SOP audits.
Variance analysis of raw material inventory daily, on call 24/7 for any issues that may arise, as
well as providing support for other staff members in SAP training.
Cost Accountant, Lenexa, KS March 1998 - November 2001
• Support and direction for 23 locations in the mid-west and manage them in month end close. Key
member in SAP implementation, and was recognized as an expert trainer for our business unit.
Variance analysis, costing projects, reconciliations, journal entries, accruals, material set up and
maintenance and cost changes. Also responsible for sourcing changes, bill of material creation
and maintenance, assisting in SOX/internal control audits, and special projects as requested by
management. Month end close for the Business Unit, and training of new personnel with some
travel.

• Working with numerous accounts to investment of School funds. Worked with Bank officials to
bid out school funds and take advantage of the best bid offered by Bank contacts. Identifying
when monies are needed to mature to ensure monies are in the Bank when needed. Also wrote
and processed Journal entries daily, monthly bank reconciliations, approval of purchase orders to
encumber monies to ensure accounts allocated for supplies etc were set aside and budgeted for.
