for Gabal el Zaytoun Resort, Saint Mary church at Shoubra, Service

the construction life of the project; study plans, prepare bids,

coordinate several trades and sub-contractors, prepare and mange project

schedules and critical path method (CPM), hold regular meetings with

client, architect and engineering (A&E) firms to address project issues,

prepare request for information (RFI's), issue contract change orders

(CCO's), prepare monthly progress reports and invoicing, maintain project

documents and as-builts.

. Managed construction crew of more than 80 labors and coordinated all

construction activities. Resource leveling of construction crews of many

trades and construction equipment assigned to 4 on going projects at a

time. Prepare budget analysis and manage cash flow on all my projects;

review and approve sub-contractor's invoicing, equipment renting, and the

bi-weekly payroll of all personal assigned to my projects. Hold sub-

contractors accountable to mutually agreed upon schedule, resources and

deliverables.

. Managed the design and construction of Dar El-kottob project that

includes 2 mid-size concrete and steel buildings, parking lot, side

walks, drainage system and landscape. This project stands as a landmark

in my career as I efficiently completed the project on schedule, on

budget and with an outstanding quality. I managed a team of 30 design

and construction engineers to the construction documents and obtain the

approval from the building officials.

. I managed many projects includes; Ain El Delbe Curtain Wall, Lebanon,

Tannur Dam, Jordan, Wadi El Gedid Airport, Egypt, El Lahoun Power Plant,

Egypt, Saraya El Hadayek Mall, Egypt, Arab Bank, Cairo.

. Responsible for project delivery throughout various phases of the

projects. Duties included resolve issues of project scope, cost, schedule

and resources. Coordinate design with clients, architects and other

engineering disciplines.

. Conduct initial site assessment, take measurements & photographs, to

identify potential hazardous sources and make recommendations. Prepare a

health and safety plan for each project, work with health and safety

officers to ensure the implementation of all safety measures.

. Conduct technical studies, write reports and prepare specifications for

different aspects of projects. Design retaining walls and check slope

stability. Calculate immediate settlement and consolidation.

. Duties included prepare contract writing; list contract scope of services

(standards, special provisions, quality control, safety measures, etc.),

list the work items that the consultant/subcontractor will be required to

perform, prepare materials to be furnished (manuals, mapping, reports,

data, correspondence, etc.).
