Assistant Plant Controller
Responsible to Plant Controller for supervision of finance department
staff covering all aspects of plant accounting functions including
accounts payable, customer billing, purchasing, general ledger
processing and reconciliation, payroll, fixed asset and capital
project tracking. Worked with Plant Engineer on project approvals and
tracking for plant capacity expansion in excess of $30 million.
Assist in preparation of plant annual operating plan. Primary contact
point for all plant audit activities, internal, external and tax
related.

Assisted Plant Controller and other plant accounting personnel in all
facets of accounting. Primary responsibilities were related to
monthly financial close, fixed assets, review and approval of accounts
payable processing. At various times, supervised accounts payable,

An aluminum coating and foil production operation in Jackson, TN and a
lamination plant in Iuka, MS that made aluminum backed with paper or
plastic for use as gift wrap, food and drug packaging, and insulation
