OBJECTIVE:
As a Field Superintendent I focus on customer satisfaction and the timely
completion of projects. These two requirements are very important for
repeat business and for a company's professional reputation. I try my best
to be an asset to the companies I've worked with. I am a hands on Field
Superintendent and work very hard to build winning teams. I'm usually the
one who gets thrown into a situation that must be finished on time. I love
a challenge. Job site safety is also very important. I also have some
Project Manager experience.
I have complete experience from site / utility excavation to finish
product. This includes structural steel, concrete, masonry, steel stud
framing, sheet rock, complete interior finish packages, athletic equipment
packages, and of course, wood construction. Projects range from schools,
colleges, churches, medical office buildings, assisted living apartments,
casinos, and retail, to name a few.
I began in residential home building and developments in both Ohio and
Connecticut. I have 30 years construction experience, a carpenter by trade.
This resume represents the larger commercial projects, which ranged from $2
million to $45 million dollars. I am also computer literate and willing to
travel. All projects have been finished on time or before!
SALARY REQUIREMENTS: $80,000 and willing to discuss offers
