Selected by Palo Alto Plant Manager to lead GForce Team (the
relocation of the Palo Alto facility to Indianapolis, IN and
outsourcing rotor machining) for documentation management, validation
qualification, technical problem solving and knowledge transfer.
Solely responsible for 30% of the knowledge transfer and related
documentation. Responsible for all documentation, procedures and
processes for manufacturing for $40M to two new outsourced partners.
Sr. Supplier Quality Engineer/Technical Operations Team Leader (2002-

Provided Technical Operations support for new rotor development.
Provided sustaining engineering to Palo Alto and Galway, Ireland
manufacturing. Provided Supplier Quality Engineering resource for

Custom Products Supervisor (2001-2002)
Managed the phase out of Custom Products by negotiating with Marketing
and Sales the obsolescence of many products and transferring the
higher volume Rock Core Technologies to Core Test Systems and
transferring the balance of the products to manufacturing.

inspectors which supported Receiving Inspection, Floor Inspection,
Cold Room Inspection and Calibration Services.
Strategic Purchasing Manager (1993-1998)
Managed Quality Supplier Program (BQSP). Implemented and managed the
Supplier Partnership Program and launched a major supplier
consolidation program which reduced supply base from 900 to 450
suppliers. Identified and developed world class sources of supply of

dollars were under negotiated multi-year contracts for economy of
scale. All purchased "A" items were on Kanban allowing for smaller
quantities with more frequent deliveries to support JIT initiatives.
