largest multi-market client relocation in Oakwood's history. Exxon Mobil
had 1500 employees moving into 4 separate markets over a 40 day span.
Resulted in record-breaking financial years for each market involved, as

. Managed 6 markets with large operational and production J.I.T. needs,
encompassing over 300 exempt and non-exempt employees and six warehouse
locations. Developed & strengthened teams in each location, which
resulted in all locations surpassing all budget and revenue expectations.
. Devised an organizational development and training program, designed to
develop markets through their employees. Program reduced employee
turnover by 25%, increased internal promotions, and decreased the cost of
