homeowners. Maintain a personal relationship with homeowners through
scheduling 90 Day Walks, 11 Month Walks and emergency warranty issues.
Authorizing purchase orders for warranty repairs and tracking warranty
expenses. Deal directly with and supervise Warranty Representative in
the community. Provide open warranty issues and current warranty
expense reports to Construction Manager. Maintain homeowner files with
accurate documentation. Assist Closing Coordinator with scheduling
closing for new homeowners. Review change order sheets to ensure
accuracy. Negotiate purchase of warranty vehicle. Track maintenance
schedule and repairs for warranty vehicle.
