WORK HISTORY:
MOUNTAIN VIEW LODGE - Corbin, KY: My job title was that of Managerial
Consultation. My duties included the assessment of the management of the Lodge. I
observed the operations of Mountain View Lodge as well as a subsidiary, Frosty’s
Market. I consulted with the owners/management and made my assessments of the
operations of the business. I assisted in the improvement and operations. My duties also
included payroll, inventory and working with local officials to improve, maintain and
successfully add to the growth of the business. I worked here through 2008.
HSBC - London, KY: My job title here was that of Mortgage Collections Agent. My job
duties included customer service, collections, maintaining records of clients, assisting
with the successful resolution of default loans, short pays and foreclosures. I worked here
through 2007.
SOUTHERN WATERPROOFING INC. - Rockholds, KY: I was the co/owner of this
company. My specific job duties included but was not limited to the following: Customer
service and relations, hiring, payroll, advertising, ordering and maintaining materials,
warranties, answering phones and secretarial duties, maintaining records, scheduling
appointments, work schedules and estimates, securing reservations and travel
arrangements for employees when the job required an overnight or out of state stay. I
successfully operated this business from 2001 through 2006.
SIZEMORE LAW OFFICE, London, KY: I worked as a legal assistant/paralegal for
Attorney, Kenneth Sizemore and/or other associates. My job duties included but was not
limited to the following: Taking and scheduling depositions, preparing and maintaining
client files, maintaining and calendaring court appearances, statutes, client schedules,
depositions and proof times, assisting clients, preparing legal documents, conversing and
communicating and conversing with persons and officials of many legal, professional and
personal levels, answering phones, filing documents, taking shorthand and dictation,
payroll, maintaining client accounts and filing pay schedules. I worked there through the
years of 1988 through 1996, 1998 and 2000.

SKILLS:
I am experienced in running an office with multiple and vast duties, I have maintained
communications, procedures and followed protocol on many levels, including being a
liaison for the Knox County Attorney before the Knox County Judge on behalf of Knox
County and the State of Kentucky; I have maintained quality control for Southern
Waterproofing for all of its customers as well as keeping constant and good standing with
the BBB in Lexington, KY; I have taken depositions for many attorneys for court
purposes; I have assisted in maintaining, assistance, communications and legal protocol
and procedures for many clients in the legal system for over 20 years; I am experienced
