Western blot with proteins isolated from different concentration of DEX

treated with A549 cells to find how the different concentration of DEX turn on

the per1 gene and express per1 proteins.

Clone glococorticoid receptor cDNA into GFP fusion vector so that we can

visually see the mechanism of glucocorticoid receptor translocate into

nucleus.
