My job responsibilities included customer service for pickup orders which included pulling
orders on a sit-down forklift. Other duties included transporting and packing the parts to be
shipped out by UPS or FEDX. My job duties also included loading and unloading trucks using
the forklift. I used the computer to complete these daily tasks throughout the week using
Microsoft applications and WMS systems. I also trained and supervised new employees until
they were confident to complete their assigned tasks independently.
