* From the business model created together with the CEO, I developed the
financials, business plan and deck for the fundraising pitch.
* Designed the platform architecture for a real-time web app (and the
surrounding social network) from a combination of open source and
proprietary systems leveraging emerging technologies like real-time
collaboration through server-side javascript.
Random House, Inc. - Fodor's Travel New York, NY 2007 - 2009

Managed the $2 million+ digital content business for Fodor's Travel,
including driving new sales, strategic alliances, content acquisition,
oversight of project integration, and expansion of collaborative
opportunities between Fodors.com and its partners (industry leaders like
Expedia, Costco, AARP, and USAToday).
* Aligned Fodor's mobile strategy with the needs of advertisers,
implementing a highly profitable WAP site and made deals to deliver Fodor's
content to various mobile platforms, including the iPhone.
* Developed the digital content strategy and product offering -
