Dear Human Resources:
I write with great interest in the Administrative Assistant position
described to me on ResumeBook360.com. My resume is attached for your
review.
Please note that upon receiving my Bachelor's degree in Public Affairs, I
have served as an Executive Assistant and Event Coordinator for the last
five (5) years on behalf of two senior vice presidents while also
supporting the director of human resources and sales department. While
executing my daily projects, I was often pressed to meet tight deadlines.
My strengths include my ability to multi-task, prioritize and I was
regularly recognized for my ability to communicate both verbally and in
written documents and for my ability to coordinate more than 25 corporate
events flawlessly. I received several accommodation letters and was
described as detailed and tenacious by my supervisors and peers.
Furthermore, my supervisors asked me to provide Microsoft Office Training
throughout the United States, which was no easy feat.
For the above reasons, I believe that I am uniquely qualified to meet the
critical demands and deadlines of the Administrative Assistant position and
I welcome the opportunity to further discuss your needs and how I might be
of value. Please contact me at 317-***-**** or by e-mail at
**************@*****.*** to arrange a time to meet. With my aptitude and
commitment, I believe that I can become a contributing member of your team
and I look forward to hearing from you.
Sincerely,
Natalie L. Reichert
