A typical business requirement is to distribute various documents to

employees and have the employees acknowledge that they had received the

information. The features of this system are to allow an administrator to

introduce documents to a viewable platform and track user activities. Users

of the system can access the system via a valid user id and password,

select from a controlled list of documents, view save or print, Then

answers a brief survey and even respond to the administrator with questions

or concerns.

2. My Pipeline

This application can be described as an enterprise web based database that

allows administrators to track the status or remaining open objectives

needed to be satisfied before a file can advance through a work flow. This

system allows users who have interest in progress of a file, such as buyer,

loan officer, processor, manager to obtain status on files and take action

where they feel is needed. Real Time access to information is controlled

through the configuration of user rights.
