inspections monthly.I took steps at this facility to ensure we were

exempt from P.B.R.,under the recycling exemption clause,no million

dollars worth of closure insurance needed.

all reports, attended all meetings, have never been violated. Given an

exemption from PBR (permit by rule) under the recycling exemption.

This was the first case of exemption in CA. As a safety officer, I

wrote and delivered all safety meetings, no lost time accidents.At

this facility we were Exempt from P.B.R.
