Independent consultant specializing in transactions, market assessment,
growth and start-up plans, litigation analysis and contract advisory
services. Currently assisting Chapter 11 bankruptcy trustee in deciphering
and unwinding hundreds of real estate transactions involving upward of $1B
of investment in properties across the US - project includes participating
in negotiations with institutional and private lenders; assessing potential
market value of properties and readiness for liquidation; evaluating and
advising on litigation issues and viability of pursuing certain actions
against 3rd party lenders and investors; and reviewing, evaluating, and

offline editing company engaged in editing broadcast television
commercials. Clients were primarily advertising agencies across the US and
around the world - banner campaigns included Apple Computer (the MAC versus
PC spots), Nike, AT&T, General Motors, Microsoft, Lexus, Adidas, and Coca-
Cola. Established and supervised all relationships with outside
professionals (bankers, lawyers, accountants, architects, contractors,
engineers, technical specialists) and negotiated strategic alliances with
vendors, including volume discounts. Oversaw and participated in
development of operating and capital budgets. Full P&L responsibility.
( Revenue Growth & New Market Entry. Developed and implemented business
strategy that generated 100% revenue growth ($8M to $25M) and spearheaded
plan that drove successful entry into new markets.
( Territory Expansion. Netted 23% increase in gross revenues upon
implementing a new territory expansion plan.
( Business Growth - New York & San Francisco. Grew New York office from
a 5500 square foot facility to one in excess of 12,000 square feet, and

( Startup & Business Growth - Detroit. Built office in Detroit from the

negotiated employment contracts with talent. Oversaw office design and

alliances with vendors.
( Debt-Service Rate Reduction. Lowered company's debt-service rates by

and received from company's founder by creating a company

compensation packages for all existing and recruited talent, and
succeeded against competitors that sought company's talent by creating an
equity stake-based talent retention plan.
- Established separate LLCs in each operating city to create subsidiary

personnel with equity stake in their cities' LLCs.
- Created incentive for employees to generate revenues and profits for
their offices, and to remain with company to receive return on their

multimillion-dollar settlement between plaintiffs' group and 40+ separate
