Program Manager
• Experienced Program Manager and Integrated Project Team (IPT) Lead specialized in managing
high dollar/ highly complex projects through design, development, prototype, validation and
production phases for a diverse range of avionic hardware and software upgrade enhancements.
Successful management as prime and sub contractor for contracts ranging from $250k dollars to
$65 million dollars annual for the Space Shuttle and Constellation Programs. Currently the Program
Manager lead for the Avionic system used for the Solid Rocket Booster program with an Annual
program budget responsibility of $56M. Accountable for a team of 40 members from engineering,
quality, operations, configuration management and reliability organizations.
• Vast experience throughout the program lifecycle with focus on design, development, validation and
production for electronic and software integration programs. Adept at developing effective
engineering policies and procedures, preparing integrated schedules, estimates and proposals
