Seeking a consulting or full time position as a program cost

schedule & control analyst to support business team and technical

management, to develop, analyze, maintain, and report on

integrated product level schedules.

PROFESSIONAL EXPERIENCE

. 15 years participating in proposals and development of SOW/WBS

applicable to the Integrated Master Plan (IMP), and for building

the Integrated Master Schedule (IMS), and Earned Value Management

System (EVMS)

. 10 years experienced with Microsoft Project for building initial

schedules and analyzing fully linked networks and critical path

analysis. Currently supporting business teams and technical

management in the development and ongoing maintenance of

integrated master schedules.

. Implemented program management cost accounts such as EVMS and

IMP/IMS processes on the Northrop Grumman GPS-OCX proposal.

Provide analysis of schedule logic, constraints, milestones,

critical path, float/margin, use of relationships and lags and

their impact on program schedules. Develop graphics and reports to

support Program Management.

. Experienced with MS Project, Pert Chart Expert and other project

management tools. Proficient in MS Office Suite. Work with

Integrated Master Plan (IMP), Integrated Master Schedule (IMS),

work breakdown structures, and statements of work and determine

how they interact. Excellent interpersonal skills and able to work

independently. Familiar with systems engineering principles and

practices.

. Developed and maintain program production schedules and serve as

the liaison between program schedulers and production management

team. Enter and maintain independent demands to drive

manufacturing production effort. Provide status for production

orders and material availability based on MRP / SAP reports.

Northrop Grumman Mission Systems- Senior Program Schedule Analyst

. Responsible for the management and documentation of timely updates

and CDRL deliveries of the IMS and IMP to the government each on

schedule.

. Responsible for managing multiple Integrated Product Team (IPT)

schedules on a new large scale satellite development program.

Duties include contractor data evaluation and verification,

government work package development, schedule analysis and

integration. Worked extensively with government program office

teams and contractors.

Northrop Grumman Space Technology -Senior Program Schedule Analyst

. Integrated Project Team scheduler responsible for developing

updating reporting as well as making recommendations for work-

around plans to technical management/project leads. Other

responsibilities include weekly and monthly reporting of earned

value. Interfacing with all functions at all levels in creation

and maintenance of schedule data including activity status

gathering in status meetings.

. Supported the Integrated Master Schedule development for contract

proposals. Developed production schedules and coordinated with

material requirements to ensure a controlled flow of approved

materials timed to meet production requirements.

Tecolote Research, Los Angles Air Force Base - Program Schedule

Analyst

. Provided the Air Force, Space and Missile Systems Center (SMC)

with program level scheduling and cost estimation support on the

AEHF Integrated Baseline Reviews (IBRs) at Lockheed Martin and

Northrop Grumman. Worked closely with industrial prime contractors

and government program office personal to effectively integrate,

maintain and control schedules. This consisted of reviewing with

the contractors that the integrated multi-layered schedules had

tractability and network logic that supported each program event

that logically portrayed how the program will be executed.

Boeing Satellite Systems - Program Office Senior Scheduler

. Integrated Project Team scheduler responsible for interfacing with

program management, business management, cost account managers,

and customers on all things pertaining to schedule, risk

abatement, and program execution. Provided IMS creation, baseline

creation, maintenance, analysis and general scheduling oversight

that support requirements & optimum execution.

Boeing National Missile Defense - Senior Project Engineer

. Developed the program test plans required for the verification and

validation of the Weapon System test and evaluation activities to

support missile contract requirements.

Northrop Grumman - Flight Simulator OPS Functional Department Manger

. Provided technical management and resource scheduling for project

engineers and subcontractors involved in the Flight Simulator

Integration and maintenance operations.

. Established and implemented program management cost accounts which

provided a means for data accumulation, recording performance and

cost to ensure compliance with the statement of work.

. Represented the Simulation Operations in all design reviews and

risk management meetings.

. Developed policies and procedures for maintaining multiple

mainframe computer laboratories.

. Provided technical risk analysis and trade studies for laboratory

equipment.

Northrop Grumman - B2 Division

. Developed program plans and schedules for the B-2 Depot support

equipment for deployment.

. Established program metrics that provided the customer with a

monthly status for tracking and evaluating contract activity and

performance.

. Managed the Launch Platform technical and contractual liaison

activities with Tri-Service Standoff Attack Missile and F/A-18 St.

Louis.

. Chaired interdepartmental review board to resolve problems

affecting Engineering and Manufacturing.
