Technical Project Manager Consultant at AT&T
Manage multiple Data Circuit Installation Projects for AT&T customers
- Huntington National Bank, Sky Bank, Apple, Target, Brickman Landscaping,
Sorenson Communications, Network Innovations, Smoothstone and Coastal
Services.
Installed over 3,500 circuits in 2 years at AT&T with circuits of
various speeds - T3, T1, Fractional T1.
Responsibility for Project Deployment at customer sites.
Develop Project Plans as per data from sales orders and customer site
meetings.
Accommodate all scope changes, scope creep based on customer
expectation.
Maintain Project Plans, assign resources as per project requests,
track completion of all tasks, modify Project Plan as needed and obtain
customer approval for each change in Project Plan.
AT&T POC (point of contact) for all assigned projects, manage all

PROJECT CONTROLS ANALYST
Monitored schedule performance of work executed by MACTEC and
MACTEC's Subcontractors through Primavera Project Planner (P3).
Prepared monthly reports reflecting actual work performed in
comparison to work planned, and progress reports for submittal to MACTEC'S
Senior Management and EnCap Golf Holdings, LLC.
Prepared monthly invoices for submittal to EnCap Golf Holdings, LLC
for payment to MACTEC for services according to the contract.
Monitored monthly expenditures are charged to the appropriate task
code and error corrected when miscoded in Oracle.
Developed a task code dictionary to assist in ensuring the expenses
are charged to the correct task code.
Maintained the Project's Code of Accounts and assign new codes when
required. Review and track all Vendor and Subcontractor invoices, rectify
any billing errors that may occur prior to payment authorization.
Documented work progression throughout each site on the project
including; photographing of the 5 different landfills on the project for
Quality Assurance (QA).
Reported and tracked all equipment located on site to ensure all
rented equipment is being utilized.
Maintained photos capturing equipment's condition when placed on and
removed from the sites for any damage.
Ensured equipment not being utilized is taken off rent and the
project is not charged for non-usage.
Prepared monthly accruals for equipment and other direct charges not
reported in the month end transactions.

Constructed a Long Range Plan representing the Yucca Mountain Nuclear
Waste Repository Project Life Cycle, fiscal year 2003 through 2119 with a
Total System Life Cycle Cost of approximately $63 Billion.
Developed Yucca Mountain Nuclear Waste Repository Project roll-up
schedules monitoring the status of 15,365 activities for senior management
and Department of Energy (DOE) review.
Worked in conjunction with 55 Project Control Engineers to ensure
erroneous data does not exist within the Yucca Mountain Nuclear Waste
Repository Integrated Project Schedule while confirming Earned Value
Management System practices.
Developed and maintained what if scenario summary schedules for
management review.
Compiled project status reports for 24 senior managers and 1,343
employee's review of 15,365 activities for the Yucca Mountain Nuclear
Waste Repository Project.
Provided data exchanges with Department Of Energy and Department Of

Change Control Board.
