Lead Project Manager and Key Account Manager with 25 years of

Engineering/Project Management/Sales experience. I Have extensive knowledge

of the engineering design / build process. Have managed several multi-

million dollar projects simultaneously and most recently at the Kellogg

facility in Omaha, NE. I have supervised Project Managers / Engineers,

Automation Engineers, Process Engineers, Autocad department. Have written

many engineering documents such as Design Specifications, Performance

Contracts, Process Flow Diagrams, Process Quality Documentation and

Purchase Orders. Responsible for "turn-key" projects from conception to

start-up. Since 1987, all experience is the in the Food and Beverage

Industry. I am very versed in the food manufacturing environment and

procedures with regards to project management and construction practices.

Professional Experience

Jacobs Engineering August 2008

- July 2010

Lead / Sr. Project Manager responsible for $10MM to $30MM of capital

projects per year. Supervised six to ten employees (Process, Automation,

Electrical and Project Engineers) and was responsible for the entire site

for Jacobs Engineering. Accountable for all design, testing (FAT), layouts,

CIP, budgets, installation scheduling with plant, construction, safety,

start up. Very well versed in the Kellogg / Con-Agra Project Management

style and procedures. Maintained all CIP (construction in progress)

documentation for clients accounting and fixed asset departments. Helped

client forecast capital and expense plans as well met all objectives

concerning meeting the required targets. Maintained a ZERO accident safety

record for entire site for 2 years through diligent safety meetings and

training. Last project was the removal of PSC packing lines and installing

six "bag in the box" lines consisting of food feed system, Ishida scales,

baggers, cartoners, case packers, case lifts, fines collection system and

run with control net.

April 2004 - August 2008

Owner and operator of consulting company that provides layout / process

design service, installation supervision, start-up and de-bugging, ROI

justifications, business plan models, project management services and CAD

layout drawings for the Food & Beverage Industry. Sara Lee, BIMBO, US

Foods, Oroweat, Pepsi were many repeat clients.

AMF Bakery Systems November 1998 -

April 2004

Key Account Manager / Project Manager responsible for growing existing

business and obtaining new business. Worked with and trained customer's

engineering staff on layout design, equipment selection and specifications.

Built relationships with bakery executives to strengthen the company's

position as a "preferred" supplier. Was instrumental in getting clients

into Basket Automation.

Wrote and gave technical paper to American Society of Baking

Negotiated with HEB on "Triad" solution resulting in $4MM contract

November 1995 - April 2004

Account Manager / Project Manager responsible for obtaining new clients and

installation and start up of products sold to customer. Primarily used my

extensive bakery knowledge to help under staffed companies with layouts,

design and specifications. Was responsible for Managing the projects that I

sold. This led to many orders and solidified relationships based upon

dependability and knowledge. Broke many barriers that were in place because

of ETMW being primarily a remanufacturing company based in Canada. Led

sales 2 of the 3 years I was there. Helped marketing develop all brochures

and other marketing material.

Campbell - Taggart (Now Sara Lee) (company was relocated)

1991 - 1995

Project Engineer / Manager responsible for taking projects from conception

thru start up. Projects included entire bakeries ($40MM), new lines, bakery

consolidations, single equipment replacement and new product development.

Worked with supplier (AMF) on developing the first extrusion bread divider

in the industry. Was responsible and accountable for all project budgets.

Negotiated all contracts and purchase orders regarding building and

equipment. Helped operations department in developing capital budget needs,

new product roll outs and quality control issues. Numerous turn-key

projects that involved many sub-suppliers and millwright companies. Active

in the start up process and helping the bakery identify employment needs,

training requirements and spare parts inventory.

Ocean Spray 1987 - 1991

Plant Engineer responsible for entire plant operations. Implemented cost

control measures to reduce downtime costs. Projects included a new

wastewater facility, capital improvements to building, replacing outdated

equipment and new aseptic lines. All plant supervisors, mechanics, spare

parts clerks reported directly to me.

ARCO Oil & Gas 1981 - 1987

Hired out of college and held increasingly more responsible positions. Last

position was Shore base Manager responsible for all logistical and material

support for offshore drilling / production operations. Had a reporting

staff of 18 people and operating budget of $20MM.
