Present)

- Addressed client requests by developing custom reports and customizing

assessment software in Java, JSP and Postgres.

- Configured assessment software to do remote authentication of users

against remote database using LDAP.

components like SSL, Web Server, Application Server, Database etc.

- Developed web based application to display reports to users in tabular as

information. The users can see pre-developed reports or customize reports

on the fly by selecting certain parameters. Also the users can export the

report as PDF or MS Excel file.

- Implemented an online portal to search faculty's research activities

based on first and/or last name or UTA ID.

- Reduced one week worth of manual work per month of a person by developing

a utility to allow the user to upload Excel XML file, edit its entries

and then save the data into the database. The user could later retrieve

the saved files and update the entries.

- Automated the process of sending reports to Deans and Chairs by

developing a tool that created reports in HTML format and emailed them on

a monthly basis. The entries in reports were linked to various pre-built

applications.

- Automated manual managerial work by implementing a tool for creating

reports in .csv format from Informix database based on user supplied
