Ave. Stevensville, MT ***70

239-***-**** / ***********@*****.***

Professional Summary

As a Research and Development Engineer I develop processes for materials

that can be applied to a manufacturing environment, characterize equipment,

optimize the processes, and work with vendors to evaluate and qualify new

materials. I possess a broad knowledge of polymers, metallurgy, and thin-

film PV fabrication. In addition, I am experienced in Reliability Program

administration consisting of DOE's, sample creation, testing and

documentation, statistical analysis, and FMEA, as well as product

certification (UL, etc.). I am proficient with AutoCAD, SolidWorks, and my

knowledge of design and engineering is extensive. I employ a "hands on"

methodology to my work, using all of my skills and motivation to complete

my projects on, or ahead of, schedule. I am an outside-the-box type of

thinker and have always been one to find innovative ways to solve complex

problems. I am an excellent communicator and believe that nothing gets done

without teamwork. I feel my experience makes me an excellent candidate for

this position and I appreciate your consideration.

Recommendations and References

Brad Hart was the quarterback of our reliability testing program at

HelioVolt. Nothing came through the program that did not touch his hands.

He was responsible for sample creation, documentation, test development,

process development and overall program administration. In addition, Brad

contributed good, useful, and practical ideas to every area of the

business, even areas he was not directly responsible for. Although the

majority of his education and experiences are in the arts, I found Brad's

understanding and implementation of scientific methods exemplary. Couple

this with his creativity and attention to detail and you have a winning

combination. The job description to replace Brad will run in excess of two

pages...his shoes will be very difficult to fill.

Robert Schwenke, Packaging Team Leader,

Brad's immediate supervisor at HelioVolt, Corp.

and elegant solutions. Brad thrives on both challenges and solutions. I

would recommend Brad to any potential client that considers his

professional services.

Brad Hart was employed by my company, The House of Colquhoun, from January

2004 until May 2005. During this time Brad was to become an excellent

employee. Brad worked hard and honestly, putting full attention to detail

on our project(s). Brad's skill and vision was very evident. Brad pursued

these sometimes difficult projects with a very professional and honest

manner. I would have no hesitation recommending Brad to any future

organization or employer as a model person to work with as he is a very

dependable person with an excellent work ethic.

Yours Sincerely,

Craig Colquhoun, President

I have personally known Brad Hart since 2007. He is an interesting

individual because of his background in both glass art and materials

engineering. We have collaborated on specific aspects of several projects

and I found him to be detail oriented and thorough. His experience in

different aspects of vitreous materials science allows for a unique

approach to devising solutions that would be unclear to individuals with a

smaller scope of reference. Based on his qualifications and ability to

apply solid scientific methodology on difficult problem solving, I would

highly recommend him for any position that requires both technical

expertise and understanding of abstract concepts such as aesthetics and

ergonomics.

Sincerely,

John Landis, President
