ACCOMPLISHMENT HIGHLIGHTS
> Earned bonuses all seven years with Home Depot as HR Manager, for
store (2003 -2007) and district (2008-2010) by partnering with
leadership to drive HR performance metrics (training, development,
staffing, employee resolutions) to align with Store and Corporate
strategies to increase sales and profits.
> Surpassed benchmarks promoting the voluntary Home Depot 2010 "Employer
of Choice" EOC survey reaching participation rates at 80%-85% per
store. The district results were impressive the data shows gains since
2007 across the board. Several categories received very favorable
ratings as high as 70-80 percent.
> Project managed 2000+ Associates and Managers in launching the new
Customer FIRST training to improving Voice of the Customer (VOC) goals
being implemented 2008. As of the Q1-2010, our district's Likelihood
to Recommend scores improved 800 basis points over the year and is now
at nearly 70 percent. Our Voice of the Customer scores are now
averaging 9.00, the highest they have been in many years, increasing
15% since 2007.
> In Home Depot's most challenging year 2008, there was a serious
extended consumer decline in spending and many full time positions
were laid off, but through successfully forecasting, and managing the
labor costs with part-time and temporary help, expenses and overtime
were cut while productivity and customer service enhanced; the results
were store and district bonuses from meeting sales plans even during
the worst of economic times.
> Awarded the "2006 Building Strong Relationships Award" from The Home
Depot for leading communication efforts that reached across regional
and store boundaries by working strategically with leadership teams to

district that is first in sales company wide.
. Primary job functions: Managing associate relations, managing
seasonal swings and cycles in staffing, overseeing training and
