Global Net Access (GNAX) is a premier Datacenter located in both Atlanta
and Dallas. GNAX is renowned as one of the largest dedicated server hosting
companies in the world offering colocation, backup storage and most
recently virtual cloud services to its over 2000 customers. As a business
systems analyst, headed several database driven, web-based projects used by
both customers to view their server information, the customer Portal
project, as well as the internal company database system.
Customer Portal Project
. Gather business requirements through surveys, interviews and JAD sessions
and perform GAP analysis to determine business needs to create
comprehensive use cases, workflows, process models and software
requirement specifications documents.
. Designed website and iPhone application wireframes for client based on
customer usability requirements
. Provide project leadership to a team of six developers responsible for
coding the customer portal website.
