o Transitioned the accounting system for one of their subsidiaries

o Custom web-based software application created to close the gap
between their various subsidiaries and operations and interface
with the main BMW system called ADP. Spent 6 weeks interviewing
all company employees and mapping business processes and then
designed a 100-screen custom application. Obtained bids from
several technology teams in the US, Canada, India, and other
countries. Managed creation of the application in India at a 50-
75% cost savings.
