through improved uses of technology. Authored plans to improve software

development processes, consolidate/upgrade servers and establish consistent

hardware and software standards to eliminate unstable, highly mixed

operating environment.

Notable accomplishments:

. Replaced outdated routers with Cisco 2900 series routers with voice

bundle across the MAN, optimizing data and voice between locations

using QOS, thus removing redundant T-1 lines for voice connecting
