Manage furniture related repair and maintenance to the Redwood City campus

& Emeryville for Electronic Arts Inc. Manage furniture installation and

reconfiguration projects ensuring their timely completion and that budget

figures are met. Responsible for management, budgeting & completion of all

projects/MAC (Moves, Adds, Changes) related to personnel relocations, and

free standing as well as systems furniture at EARS and Emeryville.

. Manage repairs and maintenance of furniture located at EA

headquarters, this includes conference tables, chairs, systems and

caf furniture. Perform a majority of minor furniture repair and

maintenance.

. Management of all contracted furniture and move vendors.

. Manage the completion of all incremental voice/data jacks

additions/changes at EAHQ.

. Manage group employee moves at EARS and Emeryville. Coordinate with

External Vendors, IT and Telecom teams on move start times. Meet

vendor's onsite and manage move process.

. Manage inventory of furniture. This includes all onsite storage at

the EARS campus.

. Manage over 700,000 square feet of office and storage space with

regards to all freestanding, systems furniture and conference

rooms.

. Manage furniture installation team at EA. Schedule Furniture Vendor

labor where needed

and complete with the Facilities project manager in

keeping within budget guidelines.

. Receive work orders from EA Help desk on all furniture (free

standing and systems) reconfigurations, schedule and complete work

orders.

. Manage (3) employees, regarding work, career development, annual

reviews etc.

. Maintain relationships with furniture vendors and assist customers

in choosing furniture

that is functional, cost effective and fits within EA

standards.

. Manage the labor for all EA Events: This includes the verification

of configurations, set up and tear down times.

. Review and receive all major orders of furniture that comes to our

warehouse and inspect it to ensure accuracy per our signed off

quotes.

. Complete basic CAD work for small office configurations.

. Assist and train Facilities Technicians in furniture installations

to improve their

competence and effectiveness and reduce overall costs to

EA.

. Manage the maintenance of all conference rooms at the Facility.

. Assist the Facilities Senior Manager in all projects relating to

furniture and construction build outs.
