Lead Maintenance Engineer for Vanguard Securities
One of four maintenance technicians for Vanguard Securities ensuring all of
their mechanical equipment is properly maintained and repaired as needed.
Preventative maintenance and trouble-shooting is a must at these facilities
to ensure profits. My expertise in the mechanical field, including
electrical, plumbing, electronics and my ability to read blue-prints and
schematics has been very beneficial to the company. I've been personally
thanked for securing a three year contract for my employer by the services
and skills I've been able to offer. Some responsibilities include:

Collier County Florida Government 2005-2008
Instrumentation and Telemetry Technician - Wastewater Facilities
One of four Instrumentation and Telemetry Technicians for Collier County's
Wastewater Facilities Plant, working with scheduling of equipment
maintenance, trouble-shooting and repair as needed along with setting up
logs in Microsoft Excel for inventory control. It was our responsibility
to ensure all mechanical and plumbing equipment ran smoothly and immediate
solution finding for equipment breakdown without delay for daily operations
to continue.
Commercial and Residential Mechanical Inspector (Collier County Florida
Govement (CDES) Department
Conducted inspections to ensure compliance with the State of Florida and
Federal Mechanical codes, including facilities. This is where I obtained
my ICC Mechanical Inspector License, maintained and attended continuing
education programs, worked extensively with blue-print (review,
practicality and resolutions), I worked one on one with customers to ensure
customer satisfaction. My mechanical background allowed me to learn and
obtain Federal and State codes and to help clients comply, issue
pass/fail/stop work orders and utilize government computer programs,
including project management programs. Management and organizational
skills were a "must" for this position and I excelled. I inspected,
directed and helped contractors on all facilities with all mechanical
systems, including HVAC/R, zoning controls, control wiring, control boards,
electronics, water cooled package systems (all phases), package roof top
systems, chillers, heat pumps, pool heat pumps.
I provided top-level support to Chief Jim Turner of Collier County's CDES

Conditioned Air, Naples Florida 2003-2005
Supervisor
Oversaw all new HVAC/R equipment installation with a minimum of nine
technicians underneath me at any given time. Management skills included
daily operations, schedules, work orders (write ups and follow through)
inventory orders, equipment delivery coordination and helping with
technical questions. I implemented a new scheduling system which made the
company a large profit margin by utilizing a color-code system to
streamline appointments, inventory and work flow. I traveled throughout
the day to facilities to trouble-shoot difficult projects that the senior
technicians could not figure out. To date, I have not found a mechanical
problem that I have not been able to troubleshoot.

Senior Service Technician
Worked on sophisticated systems at large facility plants, commercial
buildings and residential including multi-unit. Electrical work, piping,
HVAC/R troubleshooting and repair. Helped company to secure service
contracts. I was personally requested by several large facilities and
commercial buildings including Kraft Construction and California Pizza
Kitchen.
Dynamic Manufacturing, Melrose Park, Illinois 1998-2001
Facilities Maintenance
Maintained HVAC, minor electrical and plumbing equipment for over 750,000
square feet of manufacturing, warehousing, and office space providing
employment for over 550 people. Personally designed, developed and created
manufacturing space consisting of over 30,000 square feet, including
plumbing, electrical and all HVAC equipment. Worked with large automated
equipment with maintenance and repair. Completed, in a timely manner, all
work orders. Multi-tasking, tracking work orders, managing others,
computer skills and great communications were all required skills for this
position. (I worked under a now co- owner of Dynamic Manufacturing

for large multi-property management companies (including Inland Property
